Today we installed new S&B silicone cab mounts on my 2011 Ford F250 SuperDuty. A few months ago I began noticing a squeaking noise that sounded like it was coming from the back seat. It was driving me insane! I couldn't figure out where the squeak was coming from until I crawled under the truck and saw the cab mounts were completely WASTED! That also explained how terrible the ride quality had gotten.

After some research I landed on the S&B silicone cab mounts. They have great reviews and S&B guarantees them for life. I called around to some local performance shops to get quotes on replacing the cab mounts. The best I could find was $800 for labor. So I decided to tackle the job myself and save some money.

It took about 7 hours to replace all 8 cab mounts on my driveway using a bottle jack and hand tools. But after a couple test drives I am happy to say the S&B silicon cab mounts were worth the money and the effort to install them! My truck rides smooth as butter now!
