10 minute Triceps Workout for Women Over 50! Get Toned Strong Arms, follow along with me.
It’s Rae. Join me for a 10 minute triceps workout. You will need a chair or bench, and your dumbbells. if you are a beginner and have no weights yet grab some bottles of water. We are doing single arm exercises so I have just 2 weights, a 3 kilo and a 5 kilo dumbbell.
We are doing supersets today. A superset is when you go from one exercise to another with no rest in between. Our muscles will get more time under tension so we get the most out of our workouts when we are short on time.
