It's the first Olds 442 we've come across in class racing but this is why we love the "car show" drag racing classes known as Stock and Super Stock. Jim purchased the car in the early 80s for $300 and quickly learned the challenges that accompany Stock Eliminator. The transmission specialist has come a long way with the car and has punched in a few wins, a huge runner up to a famous racer, and a JEGS All Star appearance.
