Ingredients:
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 round Tbsp butter
½ cup walnuts (chopped)
½ cup seeded raisins
1/3 cup rich cream

Method:
Pre heat oven to 350ºF
Line 12 regular muffin cups with pastry.
Mix together all ingredients, and fill shelf ⅔ of the way.
Bake for 1215 minutes.
