Easy Chicken Cutlets:

Bread Crumbs as needed
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 xl Eggs
Thin Chicken Cutlets
Veg oil and Extra Virgin Olive oil

Easy Chicken Boscaiola ( Creamy mushroom chicken):

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
2 cloves of Garlic
600g (21OZ) Chicken
Flour as needed to coat the chicken
350g (1213 ounces) Mushrooms
320g (1 1/3) cup Chicken Broth
60g (1/4) cup Heavy Cream
salt and Pepper to taste
