Studying Parkinson's over the years I've learned that sometimes simple and obvious practices can make a big differences in improving our ADLs. This fun and silly task, performed a minute or more a day can really help with your handeye coordination, muscle force regulation and overall body coordination. It can also help with balance. I hope you try this and implement this into your daily routine.
