Have you ever considered giving running a go, but never quite managed to become good at it? Yeah, me too! For years, my running was pretty bad and I couldn't even run 5k.

As a celebration of getting over burnout and some pretty hard things in my life, I decided to give it my all and FINALLY made some significant progress in just a matter of months.

What I was missing was the right mindset and proper training, because we are capable of so much more than we think. We just have to be willing to work for it.
