Training for halfmarathon is taking over my life more than I'd like. I've always been used to working out and running in the evening after work. It helps me relax my mind and stretch my body after all day of sitting. But what would happen if I start working out and running first thing in the morning? How would my days look and won't it negatively impact my energy through the day? I decided to find out!


Hi, I'm Lenka, a belowaverage runner who went through a burnout. I decided to turn my life around and running is helping me get into shape again. Be kind, I have very little videomaking experience and my filming tech is an old iPhone with a cracked screen, haha. Fancy, I know!
