Naruko Gorge, located in Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, known as one of the top autumn foliage spots in Tohoku. It's a Vshaped valley with cliffs about 100 meters high, stretching for approximately 2.5 kilometers. The breathtaking scenery features vibrant shades of red and vivid yellow leaves, making it one of Miyagi Prefecture's premier autumn foliage destinations. The peak foliage season typically falls between midOctober and early November. There are walking paths, allowing visitors to explore and descend into the gorge.
　
東北では有数の紅葉の名所として知られる宮城県大崎市にある「鳴子峡」。高さ約100mの断崖が約2.5km続く字渓谷で、美しい紅色や鮮やかな黄色に染まる絶景が広がり、見晴らし台からの眺めは、紅葉の赤や黄色に松の緑と奇岩が加わり、まさに絶景。
宮城県随一の紅葉の名所としても知られる。平年の見頃は10月中旬から11月上旬ごろ。遊歩道もあり、渓谷に降りて散策もできる。
