The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is a mountainous sightseeing route that stretches across Toyama and Nagano Prefectures. It is popular for its spectacular natural landscapes, including the majestic peaks of the Tateyama Mountain Range and the Kurobe Dam. Among these, the area around the Kurobe Dam on the eastern side of Tateyama is renowned for its stunning autumn foliage. The vibrant autumn colors of Daikanbo Observation Point and the Kurobe Dam are beautiful, and riding the Tateyama Ropeway allows you to fully enjoy the vast panorama of autumn foliage unfolding below.

2023年の紅葉。立山黒部アルペンルートは、富山県と長野県にまたがる山岳観光ルートです。北アルプスの雄大な立山連峰の山々や黒部ダムなどの自然景観を楽しめることで人気を集めています。中でも美しいのが立山の頂上付近に降り積もった雪の「白」、紅葉に色付く山肌の木々の「赤」、そして紅葉前の木々が立ち並ぶ麓の「緑」と、上から順にグラデーションとなる「三段紅葉」と呼ばれる景色も見物です。立山の東側にある黒部ダムからが絶好のロケーションで10月中旬頃の限られた期間にだけ目にすることができる景色です。紅葉真っ盛りの大観峰や黒部ダムからの景色は圧巻です。さらに立山ロープウェイに乗車すれば、ロープを支える支柱が途中に1本もなく、支柱がないことで視界を遮るものが何も無く、眼下に広がる紅葉の大パノラマを存分に楽しむことができます。
