香喷喷的芋头饭芋头软糯香甜米饭吸足了各种食材的香气超级好吃做法简单又营养❤

食材
400克米30克蝦米400克芋頭100克雞胸肉50克香菇100克红葱头100毫升香菇水 1勺生抽1勺老抽1勺蚝油半勺盐清水

腌制鸡肉1勺生抽&少许胡椒粉

1.锅内放少许油炸香红葱头炸至金黄色捞出备用
2.加入虾米爆香再加入香菇丁&肉丁翻炒至肉变色均匀
3.再加入芋头继续炒最后把大米也加进来翻炒5分钟
4.倒入100毫升香菇水1 勺生抽1勺老抽1勺蚝油半勺盐搅拌均匀
5.将炒好的米饭放在电饭锅内加入一半炸好的炸葱搅拌均匀加入清水至末盖大米1厘米
6.煮熟装盘再撒上青葱&炸葱即可开吃啦❤

Ingredients:

Marinated chicken: 1 tablespoon light soy sauce & a little pepper
1. Put a little oil in the pot, fry the shallots, fry until golden brown, remove and set aside
2. Add dried shrimps and sauté fragrant, then add shiitake mushrooms and meat and stirfry until the meat changes evenly
3. Add taro and continue to fry, finally add rice to stir fry for 5 minutes
4. Pour 100ml of shiitake mushroom water, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and half a tablespoon of salt and mix well
5. Put the fried rice in the rice cooker, add half of the fried shallots and stir evenly, add water until the water above the rice 1cm
6. Boil and serve, then sprinkle with shallots & fried shallots to start eating ❤
