重要事情提提你 助你成功小提示

1/如買回來的無糖豆漿若果還差幾十毫升才足1000毫升也沒太大問題的不用刻意補回水份因為少幾十毫升的豆漿對於豆腐花的成形沒有太大影響的不用太擔心。

2/ 將豆漿拉高撞落去一定要拉高撞撞出來的豆花才均勻和滑口

3/ 豆漿撞完後會產大量空氣泡我做的時候泡泡自行消失如你看見它們還沒有消失立即用匙羹撈走浮面的空氣泡要快手才鋪上廚房紙和蓋上飯煲蓋

材料
無糖豆漿1000毫升
熟石膏粉一茶匙
粟粉兩茶匙

Tofu pudding is traditionally steamed in giant wooden barrels, scooped into thin, delicate slices with a flat shovel spoon, then served with heaps of red sugar or with ginger syrup.

Today I’ going to show you how to make it with a rice cooker instead of a wooden Barrel!! it’ super easy to make and I’m sure everyone can do it at home.

Soy milk (No sugar)1000ml
Gypsum Powder (Food Grade) 1tsp
Cornstarch 2tsp
