材料
米 160 mL
虾米 20 克
蒜米 2 粒
腊肠 1/2 条
冬菇 3 躲
金瓜 100 克
小葱头 8 粒

调味:
水 / 鸡汤 240 mL
生抽 1 汤匙

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Rice grain 1cup wash and drain, then place in the rice pot
2. Shallots 8 cloves sliced
3. Garlic 2 cloves minced
4. Chinese Sausage x1/2 cut diced
5. Fresh mushroom 4pcs diced
6. Pumpkin 100g diced
7. Dried shrimp 20g soak in water till soft
8. Stock 1 cup

Seasoning
1. Light soya sauce 1tbsp

Method
1. Fry the shallots to golden brown. Set aside
2. With the shallots oil, fry the dried shrimp under low heat till fragrant, followed by garlic, then mushroom and Chinese Sausage. Lastly add in pumpkin and fry till fragrant.
3. Add in stock and let it boil. Add light soya sauce and pour it into the rice pot. Add some fried shallots and cook in the rice cooker.
4. Garnish with some fried shallots
5. Serve and enjoy!
