Check how we made a nobake nogelatin cheese cake with freshlypicked wild wineberries (raspberries) !


Crust

Cracker: 23 ounces
Chocolate: to taste
Melted butter: 1/4 cup

Mix with blender. Pure crumbs into a baking dish.

Filling

Wineberries 1 lb for filling, 1/4 lb for decoration
Heavy Cream: 8 ounces / 200ml
Cream Cheese: 16 ounces
Condensed Milk: half a can (~7 ounces)
Lemon Juice and Zests: half a lemon
Vanilla Extract: 1 tea spoon

Mix with blender. Pour the filling onto the base.

Keep in the fridge for at least four hours before serving.
