Pork Belly 五花腩 600g
Room Temp Eggs 室温雞蛋 6pcs
Light Soy sauce 生抽 60g
Dark soy sauce 老抽 35g
Rock Sugar 冰糖 80g
Minced ginger 薑蓉 15g
Diced Onion 洋蔥粒 300330g

Chicken stock 雞湯 250ml
Five spice powder 五香粉 1tsp (2g)
Xiao Xing Wine 紹興酒 40g
