★Red Sweet Soy Sauce 红色甜面酱★
200ml Water 水
2 tsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
15g Sugar 糖
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
1 tsp Red Yeast Powder 红曲粉
15g Plain Flour 面粉
Fried Shallot Oil 葱油少许
