花园面包是一个简单快手的面包。烤的时候香料和蔬菜的香味填满了整个厨房。面包烤熟直接上桌样子也会惊艳你的所有来宾。不光是好闻好看。吃起来面包的主体是非常松软的搭配上烤熟的蔬菜味道非常特别。非常适合作为家庭聚会的餐前面包。

花园面包食谱

面团
酵母2 小勺
水280克
面粉400克
盐1/4 小勺
糖1 大勺
无盐黄油25克

蔬菜
红洋葱半个
甜椒23个
青椒1个
小西红柿10个左右
蒜5瓣
百里香1小把
橄榄油23大勺
盐适量
黑胡椒适量

375°F /190°C预热烤箱
先烤15分钟放入蒜百里香后再烤810分钟

Garden bread recipe:

Dough
Yeast: 2 tsp
Water: 280g
Bread flour or all purpose flour: 400g
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Unsalted butter: 25g

Vegetables
Red onion: half
Sweet peppers: 23
Green ccili: 1
Cherry tomatoes: about 10
Garlic: 5 cloves
Thyme: small bunch
Olive oil: 23 tbsp
Salt and pepper

375°F /190°C preheated oven bake 15 minutes first, then bake 810 minutes after putting one garlic and thyme.
