刀嘜純正花生油 1茶匙
免治豬肉 200克
韭菜 100克

調味料
薑蓉 1茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
糖 1茶匙
白胡椒粉 1/4茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
米酒 1湯匙
水 30毫升
生粉 2茶匙

外皮
中筋麵粉 200克
鹽 1/4茶匙
熱水 130毫升
凍水 20毫升

Panfried pork and chives buns Recipe (10 pcs)
Filling:
Knife Pure Peanut Oil 1 tsp
Minced pork 200 g
Chives 100 g

Seasoning:
Minced ginger 1tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Rice wine 1 tbsp
Water 30 ml
Cornstarch 2 tsp

Wrappers:
Allpurpose flour 200g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Hot water 130 ml
Cold water 20ml
