今天来做鲜奶馒头还加了紫薯层次做成了美美的双色馒头。有了对的方式, 可以让蒸好馒头凉了也不塌且有弹性QQ口感松软拉丝。微甜加上一些紫薯口味香甜温暖~

Today, made fresh milk mantou a.k.a. steamed buns, added purple potato layers to make them into beautiful two toned Mantou. With the right way, mantou can be steamed well, won't collapse even when they are cold and have nice elasticity QQ. Mild sweetness with slight purple sweet potato flavor, sweet and warm ~ Comfy food~

=10颗馒头=
30克 温水 (40C)
3克 速溶酵母
60克白糖
300克 中筋面粉
3克 盐
22克 植物油
150克 牛奶
8克 紫薯粉
(大火直水沸腾调下直中火全程蒸20分钟)

♦Recipe
=10pcs Mantou=
30g Warm Water (40C)
3g Instant Dry Yeast
60g White Sugar
300g All Purpose Flour
3g Salt
22g Vegetable Oil
150g Milk
8g Purple Potato Powder
(High Heat till water boiling, Turn down to Medium Heat, total steam 20minutes)
