材料Ingredients
韓國急凍鮑魚 6隻 Korean frozen abalone 6pcs
杞子 1/2湯匙 Wolfberries 1/2tbsp
冰糖 1湯匙 Crystal sugar 1tbsp
熱水 100毫升 Boiling water 100cc
紹興花雕酒 120毫升 Shaoxing Chinese wine
糟鹵 250毫升 Marinated Cooking Wine 250cc
