我们去Costco常常能看到大包装的牛肉片标签上写的是Beef Loin New York用它来做酸汤牛肉非常省事又好吃。

酸汤肥牛的简易做法似乎称为酸辣牛肉片也名副其实。

Ingredients 用料:
500g Beef Loin New York 牛肉片
75g Vermicelli 龍口粉絲
3 Pickled bird peppers 清水小綠椒
2 Thai chili peppers 小米椒
1 Tomato 番茄
200g Enoki mushroom 金針菇
4 tbsp Yellow bell pepper paste 黃燈籠椒醬Amazon有卖https://amzn.to/3EvaOk4
0.5 tbsp Slat 鹽
1 tbsp Soy sauce 醬油
2 tbsp White vinegar 白醋
1 tbsp Cooking wine 料酒
Ginger 姜
Garlic 蒜
Cilantro 香菜
Chicken broth 雞湯
