250克 螃蟹肉 250g Crab Meat
250克 素食鱼翅 250g Vegetarian Shark Fin
1汤匙 MAGGI 浓缩鸡精 1tbsp MAGGI Concentrated Chicken Stock
1汤匙 MAGGI 蚝油 1tbsp MAGGI Oyster Sauce
7~8片 姜片 7~8 slices ginger
3~5粒 小葱头 3~5 shallot
800ml 高汤 800ml Superior Stock
少许 胡椒粉 dash of white pepper
少许盐 dash of salt

材料 (勾芡) B: Ingredients (for Thickening) B:
4 汤匙 玉米粉 4 tbsp corn flour
4 汤匙 高汤 4 tbsp Superior Stock
1~2粒 鸡蛋 1~2 egg

材料 C: Ingredients C:
少许 素食鱼翅 dash of Vegetarian Shark Fin
少许 高汤 dash of Superior Stock
半茶匙 MAGGI 浓缩鸡精 ½ tsp MAGGI Concentrated Chicken Stock
