牛油濃香加上麵包麥香
製造雙重享受

材料: (烤焗容器約15cm x 15cm x5cm)
高筋麵粉 200克
低筋麵粉 50克
砂糖 25克
鹽 半茶匙
即溶酵母 3克
雞蛋 1隻 [加入牛奶 (或無糖豆漿)至180克] *
無鹽牛油 20克 (溶液)
有鹽牛油 少許 (放麵包面)
雞蛋液 少許 (抹麵包面)
*雞蛋 +牛奶混合液總量會受到麵粉吸水量影響, 按需要可加至190克
*雞蛋 +牛奶混合液總量會影響麵糰稠度, 繼而改變整形時的難易度

Bread flour 200g
Cake flour 50g
Granulated sugar 25g
Salt half teaspoon
Instant yeast 3g
Egg 1pc [add milk (or non sweetened soy milk) till 180g]*
Non salted butter 20g (melted)
Salted butter a little (For bread surface)
Egg liquid a little (For brush on)
*Egg+milk mixture: OK to add up to 190g, depending on the quality of flour.
*Egg+milk mixture: may affect the dough texture, hence the shaping experience
