100g (0.8 cup) all purpose flour 中筋面粉
60g (0.25 cup) water 凉水
500g ground pork 猪肉馅
2 (145g) carrots 胡萝卜
15g minced ginger 姜末
50g chopped green onion 葱花
100g (0.5 cup) sesame oil 香油
1/2 tsp five spice powder 自制五香粉
60g (1/4 cup) soy sauce 酱油
300g (1 cup) Beef stock 牛肉汤
1/2 tsp salt 盐
