你有沒有小腿痛、小腿麻痹、晚上抽筋、靜脈曲張等問題如果有其實這些問題都涉及很多原因但是如果做適當的肌肉伸展特別是腓腸肌及比目魚肌對此情況有幫助。

汪家智註冊脊醫(脊骨神經科醫生為大家講解三種小腿上出現的問題。第一就是小腿痛及麻痹。其實很多情況跟腰骨受損神經線受壓有關。如果有此問題就應該要集中做治療去矯正腰椎特別如果是椎間盤突出應該即刻做治療。第二個小腿的問題就是晚上抽筋。有很多原因會導致晚上抽筋包括第一是身體缺乏電解質有關第二個原因就藥物的副作用; 第三就是欠缺肌肉運動; 第四就是因為血液循環出現問題。第三個關於小腿的問題是靜脈曲張。通常是因為雌性荷爾蒙增加導致血管內瓣不能正常的關閉血便回流到下腿。

這些病症也需要針對性去處理但如果做適當的肌肉拉筋也有幫助。現在教大家5招簡單的腓腸肌及比目魚肌的運動希望可以幫到大家遠離痛症。不過也要量力而為如果真的很痛或做過也沒有幫助就要跟隨醫生的指示去做治療啦
