100g Dried chillies 干辣椒
50g shallots 小葱头
80g Garlic 蒜头
2 Lemongrass 香茅
30g Ginger 姜
10g Turmeric 黄姜
50g Dried Anchovies 江鱼仔
1 Onion 洋葱
400ml Cooking Oil 食用油
30g Sugar 白糖
Dash of Oyster Sauce 蚝油
10g Salt 盐
100g Coconut Sugar 椰糖
2 Pandan Leaves 香兰叶
