⭐연어크림치즈파스타⭐
연어를 큼지막히 잘라 소금후추 간을 해준 후 10분 봐준다
양파 반개와 마늘 4개를 다져준다
끓는 물에 소금 넣고 펜네 파스타를 삶아준다
올리브유를 뿌리고 연어를 양쪽으로 튀겨준 후 팬에서 꺼낸다
같은 팬에 양파와 마늘을 볶는다
레몬즙1T를 넣어준 후 센불로 레몬즙을 걸러내준다
토마토 페이스트1T와 크림치즈 2T를 넣고 섞어준다
면수 한국자와 치킨스톡 약간 넣어 준 후에 잘 볶아준다
시금치를 올려 볶아준 후 마무리 해준다
파스타 위에 연어와 소스를 올려주고 같이 먹으면 환상

⭐Salmon Cream Cheese Pasta⭐
Cut salmon into large pieces, season with salt and pepper, and leave it aside for 10 minutes
mince half an onion and four cloves of garlic
Put salt in boiling water and cook the penne pasta
Sprinkle olive oil and fry salmon on both sides and remove from pan
Stirfry onions and garlic in the same pan
Add 1T of lemon juice and filter out the lemon juice over high heat
Add 1T of tomato paste and 2T of cream cheese and mix
Add a little bit of pasta water and chicken stock and stirfry it well
Stirfry spinach on top and you're done!
Put salmon and sauce on top of pasta and eat it together.
