৫০০ গ্রাম ভেটকি মাছ / 500g Bhetki fish
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
১/২ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
২ চা চামচ লেবুর রস / 2 tsp Lemon Juice
৩০০ গ্রাম ময়দা / 300g Flour
নুন ও গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / salt & Black Pepper Powder
২ কাপ ময়দা / 2 cup flour
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
১/২ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
১ চা চামচ চিনি গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Powder Sugar
১/২ চা চামচ বেকিং সোডা / 1/2 tsp baking soda
১/২ চা চামচ বেকিং পাউডার / 1/2 tsp baking powder
২.৫ কাপ জল / 2.5 cup Water
১ চা চামচ ভিনিগার / 1 tsp vinegar
২ চা চামচ রসুন বাটা / 2 Tsp Garlic Paste
মৌরি পাতা / Fennel Leaves
ভাজার জন্য তেল / oil to fry
For Sauce Ingredients
২ চা চামচ অলিভ / 2 tsp black olives
২ টি গার্কিন্স / 2 ea Garkins
২০০ গ্রাম মেয়োনিজ / 200g Mayonnaise
২ চা চামচ সেলারি পাতা / 2 tsp chopped celery
লেবুর রস / Lemon Juice
১ চা চামচ রসুন বাটা / 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
১ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
