আসসালামু আলাইকুম,
আজকের পর্বে আপনাদের জন্য নিয়ে এলাম টকঝালমিষ্টি স্বাদের কাঁচা আমের শরবত বা আমপান্না। এই গরমে ইফতারে একগ্লাস ঠান্ডা ঠান্ডা এই শরবত সত্যিই মনপ্রাণ জুড়িয়ে দিবে।
এখন যেহেতু কাঁচা আমের সময় তাই সহজেই আপনারা এই শরবত বানিয়ে নিতে পারবেন এমনকি ১ মাসের জন্য সংরক্ষণ ও করা যাবে।
বানাতে যা যা লাগবে....

কাঁচা আম দেড় কাপ
কাঁচামরিচ স্বাদমতো
লবন স্বাদমত
আদাকুচি ১ চা চামচ
চিনি ১/৩ কাপ
বিটলবণ ১ চা চামচ
ভাজা জিরার গুঁড়া ১ চা চামচ
লেবুর রস ২ টেবিল চামচ
ধনেপাতা ও পুদিনাপাতা কুচি ২ টেবিলচামচ করে
ঠাণ্ডাপানি ও বরফের টুকরো
