Ilish Paturi Ingredients
৬ টুকরো ইলিশ মাছ / 6 ea Pices of Hilsha Fish
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
২ চা চামচ সরষে তেল / 2 tsp Mustard Oil
২ চা চামচ কালো সরষে / 2 tsp Black Mustard
২ চা চামচ হলুদ সরষে / 2 tsp Yellow Mustard
১ চা চামচ পোস্ত দানা / 1 tsp Poppy Seeds
জল / Water
৪ টি কাচা লঙ্কা / 8 Green Chillies
১০০ গ্রাম জল ঝড়ানো টকদই / 100g Hang Curd
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
এক চিমটে চিনি / Pinch of Sugar
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
৫০ মিলি সরষের তেল / 50 ml Mustard Oil
কলাপাতা / Banana Leaf
কাচা লঙ্কা এবং সরষের তেল / Green Chillies and Mustard Oil
লাগিয়ে নিন সরষের তেল / Apply Mustard Oil
