Katla Macher Recipe Ingradient
১ কেজি কাতলা মাছ / 1 kg Katla Mach
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১/২ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
২ চা চামচ সরষের তেল / 2 tsp Mustard Oil
২ টি মাঝারি মাপের পিয়াঁজ / 2 ea Medium Size Onion
১৫ গ্রাম আদা / 15g Ginger
১০–১৫ টি রসুনের কোয়া / 10–15 ea Garlic Cloves
৬–৭ টি কাঁচা লঙ্কা / 6–7 ea Green Chillies
১ চা চামচ কালো সরষে / 1 tsp Black Mustard
১ চা চামচ হলুদ সরষে / 1 tsp Yellow Mustard
১ চা চামচ গোটা গোলমরিচ / 1 tsp Whole Black Pepper
১ চা চামচ গোটা ধনে / 1 tsp Whole Coriander
১ চা চামচ জিরে / 1 tsp Cumin
১ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
৪ টি শুকনো লঙ্কা / 4 ea Dry Red Chilli
২ চা চামচ সরষের তেল / 2 tsp Mustard Oil
জল / Water
৩ টি মাঝারি মাপের টমেটো / 3 ea Medium Size Tomato
১০০ মিলি সরষের তেল / 100 ml Mustard Oil
৪–৫ টি এলাচ / 4–5 ea Cardamom
২ টি তেজপাতা / 2 ea Bay Leaf
দিয়ে দিন টমেটো / Add Tomato
কুচোন ধনেপাতা / Chopped Coriander Leaf
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
