✍INGREDIENTS:
For Veg Filling
* Boiled Cabbage(उबली पत्ता गोभी)
* Spring Onion(हरी प्याज)
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च)
* Carrot(गाजर)
* Ginger Garlic Paste(अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) 1/2 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) As Per Taste
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) Some
* Sugar(चीनी) 1 Spoon
* Oil(तेल) 1 Spoon
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) 2

For Red Chutney
* Water(पानी)
* Tomatoes(टमाटर) 2
* Garlic(लहसुन) 810
* Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1 Spoon
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1 Spoon
* Oil(तेल) Some
* Salt(नमक) As Per Taste
* Sugar(चीनी) 1/2 Tsp
* Maggi Masala(मैगी मसाला) 1 Sachet
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1 Spoon

For Mayonnaise
* Potato(आलू) 1 Boiled
* Milk(दूध) 23 Spoon
* Sugar(चीनी) 1 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) 1/2 Spoon
* Milk Cream(मलाई/क्रीम) 2 Spoon

For Momos Dough
* Water(पानी) 1/2 Cup
* Salt(नमक) Some
* Oil(तेल) Some
* Rice Flour(चावल का आटा) 1/2 Cup

For Paneer Filling
* Cottage Cheese/Paneer(पनीर) Some
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) Some
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) Some
* Salt(नमक) Some
* Black Pepper(काली मिर्च पाउडर) Some
* Ginger Garlic Paste(अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट)

For Marination
* Ginger Garlic Paste(अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट)
* Curd(दही) 1 Spoon
* Mustard Oil(सरसों का तेल) 2 Tbsp
* Red Chutney(लाल चटनी) 3 Tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1 spoon
* Salt(नमक) As Per Taste
* Amchur Powder(आमचूर पाउडर) Some
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) Some
* Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) Some
* Cumin Powder(जीरा पाउडर) 1/2 spoon
* Oil(तेल) 1 Spoon

For Marination
* Ginger Garlic Paste(अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) 1 Tbsp
* Curd(दही) 2 Tbsp
* Mustard Oil(सरसों का तेल) 2 Tbsp
* Red Chutney(लाल चटनी) 2 3 Tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1 spoon
* Salt(नमक) As Per Taste
* Chaat Masala(चाट मसाला) Some
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) 1/2 Tbsp
* Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) 1 Spoon
* Cumin Powder(जीरा पाउडर) 1/2 spoon
* Oil(तेल) 1 Spoon

✍RECIPE:
For Filling: In a big bowl, put Boiled Cabbage, Spring Onion, Capsicum, Carrot, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Sugar, Green Chilli, and some Oil in it. Mix them all then cover it and keep it aside for 1015 mins. Then put the filling in a cotton cloth and squeeze it and take out the excess water from it.
For Red Chutney: Take a pan, put some Oil, and red paste in it by filtering it with a strainer. Then put Salt, Sugar, and some Maggi Masala, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder in it and cook it on slow flame. In this way, Red Spicy Momos Chutney will get ready.
For Mayonnaise, take a mixer jar, put some Milk, Boiled Potatoes, Salt, Sugar, and Fresh Milk Cream in it, and churn it. In this way, very Tasty and Creamy Street Style Mayonnaise will get ready.
For Momo Covering, In a pan, add Water, Salt, Oil, and Rice Flour mix it well & cover it for steaming & rest. after 5 mins mash the dough & make it soft. apply some oil to the palm & make a perfect soft dough.
For Marination, Take a bowl, put Ginger Garlic Paste, Curd, Red Chutney, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt, Amchur Powder, Coriander Powder, Fenugreek Leaves, and Cumin Powder in it. Put the Oil in the mixture then mix it well. steamed the Momos & then marinate them.
For Momos, make some small dough balls and roll them thinly. Then put the filling in the center and fold it and give it shape. In this way, make ready all the Momos. You can also add grated Cottage Cheese to the filling and make Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Momos also.
Put Momos in the stick & give it direct flame & put it on the plate. Take some other Steamed Momos & shallow fry them. in a pan add some oil, and shallow fry roast it. Then serve the Street Style Veg Momos with homemade Creamy Mayonnaise and Red Spicy Chutney.
