Kashmiri Red Chili Powder ½ tbsp

Jeera Powder ½ tsp
Garam Masala ½ tsp
Kali Mirch ½ tsp
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Kasoori Methi ½ tsp
GG Paste 1 tsp
Dahi 4 tbsp

Lemon 1, juiced
Shimla Mirch 78 pieces ( green & yellow)
Pyaaz 1 shelled
Paneer 200g

Water to adjust consistency
Charcoal 1
Oil ½ tsp

For Gravy
Oil 2 tbsp
Pyaaz 1 cup chopped
Salt to taste

Tomato 1 cup chopped
