* Cumin Powder(जीरा पाउडर) 1 Tbsp
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) 1 Tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1/2 Tbsp
* Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1/2 Tbsp
* Mint Powder(पुदीना पाउडर) 1 Tbsp
* Citric/Dried Mango Powder(सिट्रिक/अमचूर) 1Tsp
* Oil For Frying(तलने के लिए तेल)
