The STEEL BEAM ASSEMBLER (SBA) is a fully automated equipment to add parts (splice & base plates, joints and stiffeners...) to steel girders.

The assembling and welding process is executed by computercontrolled robots according to CAD engineering drawings – extremely fast and with no errors.

The biggest version of SBA with the most highest production capacity is "SBA2 Conti+" consisting of 4 welding robots, 1 handling robot, automated scanning, loading and unloading stations...
