whipped cream(unsweetened)
peanut butter
yogurt

Here's the recipe:
3 eggs
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. pumpkin puree
1/2 c. oats(old fashioned or quick)
1 t. baking soda
This is enough for 6 muffins or 1 layer of a small cake.
Bake for about 20 minutes @ 350 degrees.
