Atkins Strawberry Shake
1.5 T. Cottage Cheese
Freeze Dried Strawberries
1/2 T. Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding
Blend with a stick blender and freeze for 24 hours.
Add 1 T. Sweet Cream and spin on Lite Ice Cream setting
Scrape sides and Respin
Add 3 diced fresh strawberries
Add 1 or 2 T. Catalina Crunch Honey Graham cereal
Spin on Mixin setting
Add more strawberries and cereal for toppings
Enjoy this delicious ice cream and don't feel one bit guilty for eating the whole pint.
