Have you ever wondered where you food comes from? Asher Boote, Chef and Owner of Hillside Kitchen perched on the hills of New Zealand's capital, Wellington kindly invited us to attend, experience, and document a special event he held with Visa Wellington On a Plate. Boujee Brunch 2022 sees around 18 seated guests per service go through a seven course brunch involving sprinkles of nostalgia, a strong ethos in sustainability and regenerative practices and a deeply rooted focus on Taūrangawaewae; a sense of identity and independence associated with having a particular home base.
