Take responsibility for your life. Everything around you is your doing. Be with your thoughts slow down and really evaluate where your thoughts and emotions are coming from and then take control of life. Write this stuff down what you pour out might surprise you. When you take control of your thoughts, you can control how you exist. No matter what's going on in your life, YOU get to choose how you respond. Step 1. Take responsibility it's definitely easier said than done but once you adopt this perspective it's EMPOWERING. Don't get defensive just take control of your existence. If there's anything that isn't serving you in your life, go easy on yourself and think about replacing your habits, instead of quitting something cold turkey. Breathe into it!
