Hustle culture can wait. I used to find myself caught up in a constant cycle of entertaining "the grind" without taking the time to breathe, eat, sleep, reflect, ground myself, or nurture the things that mean the most to me in my life (hell, I still get caught up here and there). Taking some kind of break is essential for balance and wellbeing.
