Demonstration of how to wrap meet with Butcher Paper (Freezer Paper). This is fast and easy, and it stores the meat well in the freezer. Precut the pieces of paper. Then wrap from one corner diagonally across the paper to the opposite corner, tucking in the sides as you go. Wrap the paper tightly. Use two pieces of paper per package. This gives you a nice, neat package. One piece of tape holds the corner down.

The same technique can be used when boxing up personal belongings for storage, mailing, or moving. I have seen professional movers do this with everything from nick knacks to loose items in drawers. Use unprinted newsprint. No tape required. The paper pads the items, and contains them in the box. Fast and easy.
