The Worth Valley railway Steam Gala had two GWR guest locomotives Pendennis Castle and Witherslack Hall and 7 of the home fleet locomotives in operation making another busy gala event. For a short line it is remarkable how many locomotives they have in steam these galas. My day two begins with the morning freight struggling to get a grip on damp rails on the steep gradient out of Keighley 34:30 There is a lot more to see there as well with museums and shed tours. You can see some of our shed tour from 01:07:00 then it's back on the trains to the end of the day 01:16:00
