Chicken Tempeh in the Air Fryer:
2 packages of tempeh
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp dried rosemary
3 tbsp olive oil
after cooking top with:
2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
2 tsp nutritional yeast

Directions:
1. Cut the tempeh in half and place in a pan with a half cup of water. Cover and steam for 10 minutes.

2. Next, mix the spices and olive oil in a small bowl and set aside. Then drain the tempeh and dice into small bitesized pieces. Transfer the tempeh cubes to a mixing bowl and pour the spices and olive oil on top. Toss well.

3. Air fry at 400 for 10 minutes, then shake and continue cooking for 36 more minutes, or until golden and crispy.

4. Then transfer the tempeh back to the mixing bowl, add the lemon juice and nutritional yeast and enjoy!
