The Cathedral peregrines are back at the nesting site built by our Works Team again this year, and we're hoping for another successful breeding year! The adult birds, Peter and Peggy have been visiting the next box and making a scrape for a few weeks now. We expect the first eggs to be laid in late March / early April and hope the chicks will hatch around midMay.
There will hopefully then be lots of exciting milestones with feeding, ringing and then fledging towards the end of May / early June. You can watch all the action live from the nest here!
