One day woodworking projects MagSafe charging stand for iPhone
I used walnut and linden wood, tung oil + carnauba wax finish. The insides are a wireless charging module and small neodymium magnets 1.5 mm thick, but it seemed to me that it would be better to take magnets 2 mm thick. I messed up a little at the beginning of the video with the polarity of the magnets, then I had to redo it peel off the magnets and turn them over and take them out to a larger radius, since at the first location of the magnets the phone did not charge and the board and the coil got very hot. In general, the story is this, I wanted to buy a good and beautiful stand with MagSafe charging for my iPhone and I didn’t find something I liked on the Internet, then I looked for ideas on Pinterest, but I didn’t find anything interesting there, and it happened this is a stand. In my opinion, it turned out very simply, modestly, but at the same time quite elegantly and...
