The WMS10003000 is a “Fork Over Stacker”, often referred to as a “Wrap Over Stacker”. This is because when the forks are lowered, they rest over the Stackers Support Legs.
This makes it ideally suited for handling Euro Style Pallets, which are open at the bottom.
Please note* this machine is not suitable for handling CHEP Style Pallets, which are closed at the bottom.
If you need to be able to handle CHEP Pallets or both Euro and CHEP Pallet then we would recommend one of our Straddle Style Stackers named appropriately as the support legs straddle the Pallet, rather than sitting under the Forks.
The WMS10003000 MANUAL FORK OVER STACKER has a 1000kg capacity, and a maximum lift height of 3 meters, this is much higher than most Manual stackers available on today’s market, which only lift up to around 2 metres. This Manual Stacker is highly manoeuvrable, and can be operated with ease.
To unload a Pallet from your racking simply position the Stacker so that the forks are lined up with the apertures in the pallet, engage the lever in the Tiller Handle to lift, and either pump the handle or use the foot pump. This dual lifting control feature has the benefit of reducing operator fatigue and optimising lifting speeds.
You can then gently push the stacker forward ensuring that the forks go deep enough under the pallet to be able to support it when lifted.
Once in position pump the pallet a little more to clear the base of the pallet from your racking.
Check behind you to ensure that your operating space is still clear, and, slowly pull the stacker with pallet, clear of your racking.
At this stage it is important to lower your load, so that it does not impede the vision of the operator, and minimises the risk of potential accidents.
You can now take the pallet to where it needs to go; and to load it into rack simply follow the same procedure in reverse.
Position the Stacker and pallet with the empty space in racking
Engage the lifting mode, and raise the pallet just above the racking height
Push forwards so Pallet will be securely over racking once lowered.
Lower the Pallet, and withdraw the stacker.
