It's been almost 3 years since I first decided to quit drinking and I'm completely transformed inside & out! From significant weight loss, finally feeling good about myself & finding out that I am autistic (as well as many other amazing things). Remember; be happy with who you are right now and the rest will follow. Weightloss should not be our primary goal in life and if we don't do the more important inner work, the outer won't even matter anyway feeling sh*t just sucks in general no matter how good we think we look.
