So I turned off the comments for this video because, despite all of the requests to avoid bullying and harassment, several folks went too far. That’s never OK and I’m really saddened by that response. First off, I put a call out for blunt questions and she delivered. I asked for this. Second, I genuinely appreciated my conversation with Carina, her bravery and her willingness to challenge me and my approach. Our ability to push each other and engage in respectful debate and discussion is how we all become better. I think that’s what made this an interesting conversation. Just because you might not agree with her perspective, it doesn’t mean she deserves that sort of treatment. Please be kind.
