A frozen ice maker is common in any refrigerator/freezer unit. To help solve your problem, follow the steps provided in this video, or read them below:

1. Disconnect water supply line. Gather buckets and towels to catch excess water.
2. Check to see if fill tube is frozen. If so, remove it and let it thaw.
3. Remove the fill tube by unscrewing the assembly from the back of the unit and detach water supply line.
4. Consider replacing you water filter.
5. Check the temperature controls in your unit that they are not too low.
6. Check water inlet valve located in the rear of the refrigerator behind that back access panel.
7. Reassemble parts.
8. Test ice maker
