After a few months of practice with my Lodge Enamel Dutch Oven I am consistently producing succulent whole roast chicken entrées. I've tried many different ways to cook a whole chicken including the crock pot, oven baked, rotisserie and beer can rack on the BBQ but the Dutch Oven always wins out. It is simply the best way I know of to produce a flavorful, tender
and juicy whole chicken.
